One of the requirements of the Danish Bookkeeping Act, which was adopted on July 1, 2022, is that all companies, including holding companies, and other companies with an annual turnover of more than DKK 300,000 must prepare a statutory bookkeeping description.
In this connection, the Danish Business Authority issued a template for this. You will find the link below.
The accounting description must, among other things, contain information about how the accounting material is stored. You can read more about where the accounting material is stored in Uniconta below.

- It takes about 8 hours to recreate a totally running environment.
- We have this backup continuously for 60 days. This means that everything can "restore" as of a specific date every half hour within the last 60 days.
Reassuring storage
Uniconta uses strong encryption as well as regular performance of vulnerability scans and penetration tests. Actions performed in the accounting system are continuously logged. All access to Uniconta employees and Uniconta machine access is secured through a strong password policy with high requirements for passwords. Read more here: ISAE3402Uniconta takes continuous backup
