Follow this guide if you want to move one or more accounts to a Univisor so that it becomes a customer account where only Univisor has access.
Note! Only the owner of the accounts can transfer them to Univisoren.
To hand over your accounts to a Univisor, you need to do the following:
Go to Company/User rights/Administer users
Before transferring the accounts to Univisoren, it is important to remove all standard users from the accounts, otherwise they will continue to be billed. ATTENTION! The current owner cannot be removed, as this must be removed by Univisor when the accounts are transferred.
To remove a user from your accounts, select the user in the overview and choose Remove user.
Click the"Update" button.
The user is only removed from the accounts. Users are not deleted from Uniconta.
Now the accounts must be handed over to Univisoren:
If the Univisor is already on the list, simply select the user and click the"Change owner" button.
Then click the"Update" button.
If Univisoren is not on the list, click"Add user"
Here you enter the Login ID of the Univisor you want to transfer ownership to and select Full under User rights.
Click"OK".
Click the"Update" button.
The user will now appear in the list of users.
Select the user and click the"Change owner" button. Then click the"Update" button.
Ownership of the company has now been transferred to Univisoren.
Important!
You must remember to cancel your subscription if you move the accounts/all accounts that are on the subscription to Univisor. This must be done by filling out a termination form here: Termination of Uniconta subscription
Remember! Your accountant must remove the last standard user from the accounts, otherwise they will continue to be billed.
