Attaching company documents
Version90: As part of the Danish Bookkeeping Act, Danish companies are obliged to store documents that are important to the company digitally. For example, board minutes, materials for accounting, etc.
Under
Company/Company documents you will find the image below, which allows you to create different folders for different types of company documents.
Select the
Add folder button and type in the desired folder name and press
Save. Click on
Attachments or the folder name to open the folder.
Add files to the folder.
Access to company documents
If desired, you can restrict who has access to company documents, this is done under
Company/User rights/Administer users.
