Read here how to convert from Focus IT to Uniconta.
Conversion from Focus-IT is based on exporting any dimensions and periods from their card index images, whereas financial records and the chart of accounts are exported from the export module. In other words, unlike our other conversion tools, there is no one place to export all data from.
When it comes to dimensions, only 1 dimension is currently handled!
ATTENTION! This conversion is based on Focus IT Auditor's standard chart of accounts!
This means that the chart of accounts in the accounts you want to convert from must match the system accounts listed below:
The conversion needs a minimum of 3 documents - 4 with dimensions. They must be named with exactly these names:
Dimensions are read by clicking the mouse on the 3 dots to the left of No.
Note! The dimensions file must contain 3 fields: Dimension number, name and blocked.
Select NO
Select FILE and text in format
Then select the file folder:
Save and name the "dimension"
Here you select or build this export layout:
Folder: Financial items
Layout: Finansposter2UC
And when you set the conversion of record type 1 to 0, the following image appears, which should look like this:
Then press Done in the bottom right corner and save in the same destination as mentioned under dimension and name it "financialposts.csv".
Version-92If you want numbers to be included, you can add the field "Units" (decimal number) as the last field on the entries.
And press execute and save in the same destination and name "kontoplan.csv".

To view the periods, tap the three dots to the left of Table No.
Select no.
Select file and text and press OK. Save it in the same destination as the others and name it "periods".

Dimensions
If there are dimensions, these can be read from the Basic menu and the D icon

Financial items
Go back to the customer in Focus-IT and go to the basic tab and then press export.
Here you select or build this export layout:

And when you set the conversion of record type 1 to 0, the following image appears, which should look like this:

Here you select or build this export layout: Folder: Financial accounts Layout: Kontoplan2UC
And press execute and save in the same destination and name "kontoplan.csv".
Periods
Stand in the base tab and tap on fiscal year.

Select file and text and press OK. Save it in the same destination as the others and name it "periods".
