If no SMTP setup is used, Uniconta's mail domain is used.
According to the rules for sending mail, it is not allowed to send from a different domain than the one you are actually sending from. Uniconta sending domain is'unicontamail.com'
This means that in the screenshot below you need to send from unicontamail.com.
Sender email should therefore be filled in with '[sender name (optional)]@unicontamail.com'
However, "Reply to" can be filled in with the company/user's own email address.
