Uniconta's user interface is built with a toolbar, a main menu and a workspace
The toolbar
The Uniconta toolbar contains several important elements.

At the very top you can read which version of Uniconta you have installed on your PC. After the version number, you can read the accounting name and the ID that the accounts/company has as a unique number. This number is commonly called
Company ID and must always be provided when contacting support.

Back. Close the tab you are in. |

Create. Shortcut for quick creation of new debtors, creditors, goods and more.

Dashboard. Opens the overview of all available dashboards. |

New window. Opens the current account in a new window, so you have two accounts open |

Creating a new account/company

Drag & Drop. Drag and drop a file or email to save it to the Physical Inbox. Read more here... |

Start/Stop timer registration. This button is used together with project and timer registration. Read more about how to use start/stop here... |

Unipedia. If you need help in Uniconta, you can click on this button and you will then be able to search in our reference work, Unipedia. |

Startup page. Shows the startup page, where there are often relevant news, tips and tricks. |

Company. If you have access to multiple accounts/companies, you can select your default account, the account that opens when you log in to Uniconta.

Company name. If you have access to multiple accounts, you can click here to see the list of available accounts from which you can switch between these accounts. |

Print. Print data from the active tab/screen to a printer. |
 |
Export to Excel. Export data from the active tab/screen to Excel. Choose whether to save or open the exported data. |
 |
Export to Word. Export data from the active tab/screen to Word. Choose whether to save or open the exported data. |
 |
Export to CSV. Export data from the active tab/screen to a CSV file. |
 |
Copy to clipboard. It is possible to copy and paste data in Uniconta using these functions.

Close all windows. Clicking this button closes all open windows. A great way to tidy up. |

Logo. You can create your own logo in Uniconta. You do this under Company information.

Main menu
On the left side of the screen, you will find the main menu. From here you can select all the areas you have purchased for your Uniconta. Read more about how to change and

ATTENTION! The admin menu is only available for resellers and accountants.
Work area
When you open your Uniconta, you get the startup page in your workspace. Here you will often find news, tips and tricks on how to work in Uniconta.
The workspace is also where all tabs/screens are opened when you select them in the main menu.
Screenshots
When opening a list screen, there will often be underlines under certain values. A mouse click on such a field will open an underlying screen image. This is illustrated by underlining text in the company overview - opens another company in a new screen - and underlining the number in the inbox - opens the inbox in that company.
