Sales order
In the Inventory management field you can select 'None', 'Reserved' or 'Movement'. The selection in this field determines which value is automatically set in the Stock control field on new order lines. However, the Stock control field can always be overridden manually on the individual order line. NOTE: If "Nothing" is selected in inventory management under Sales Orders and/or Purchase Orders, Uniconta will not use inventory management for the selected function, even if the registration is done via the inventory draft.Example with Nothing
Nothing: Inventory on the items does not change, i.e. the items are not reserved. For the examples, an item 'Inventory management item' has been created

Example with Reserved
Reserved: The available inventory on the items is changed, i.e. the items are reserved. Note! If you want to see reservations on BOM sub-items, you must use Reserved. Then it is possible under the reorder list to see how many of the sub-items need to be ordered home. Read more about the reorder list here... The number of items in stock before selling.

Example with Motion
Movement: When creating sales order lines, the item is pulled immediately and writes down the inventory, read more about sales orders and order lines here. The number of items in stock before selling.

Purchase order
Here you can select 'Nothing', 'Ordered' or 'Received'.Example with Nothing
Nothing: When creating purchase lines, inventory levels are not changed on the items. When creating the item in a purchase order line, with Nothing in Inventory Management

Example with Ordered
Ordered: When creating purchase lines, the ordered field of available items is activated. The number of items in stock before a purchase is made.

Example with Received
Received: When creating purchase lines, the item is added to stock immediately. Read more about purchase orders here. The number of items in stock before a purchase is made.
