Calendar planning in Uniconta is an advanced way to view, edit and create budgeted project entries. Calendar planning is how employees' budgeted hours are displayed in a calendar view, which shows the budgeted bookings of each employee divided into projects.
When the screen opens and the budget group is selected, an overview of employees is displayed. The budget itself is created based on realized items or tasks. Read more here.
Calendar planning can be called from:
The overview shows all employees' daily plans/5-day plan, weekly plan or monthly plan. Employees can be shown per employee group. A Budget group must be selected. Read more here.
Employee calendar entries are shown.
All records can be changed in time and date. Descriptions can also be changed. The changes are written down in the Budget items.
It is possible to "Right click":
- Menu: Project/Reports/Calendar planning. Here you see the total overview and possibly by employee group. Per budget group and possibly per project. The budget group can be set as default. Read more here.
- Project: Calendar planning. Here the calendar is shown per project and possibly by employee group. The budget group can be set as default. Read more here.
- Employee: Calendar planning. Here you can see the calendar per employee and possibly for an employee on a project. The budget group can be set as default. Read more here.
