In this post you will be able to read and learn about the pick list Uniconta offers through the Report Generator.
A pick list is a list of the items in a sales order and provides a good overview of what needs to be "picked" from a possible stock.
Uniconta offers a default pick list, but if you want to create your own, go to Tools/Report Generator/User-designed reports and select"Pick list":
To create a new pick list, click"Add report", where Uniconta provides you with the following pick list template, which can be edited according to your needs:
The report is used in Accounts Receivable/Sales/Sales Orders and Accounts Receivable/Sales/Sales Orders/Order Lines and by selecting a sales order and updating the document with"Pick List":
Then you have the option to preview/print and send the pick list to the desired email (possibly to local storage):
