Uniconta Work is a time tracking app designed to make it as easy as possible for the employee to track time.

Step 4: Change your password
We recommend that you change the password to your own personal password.
Click More in the bottom right corner and then Profile. Enter the password from the welcome email and a new password of your choice.

Setting up Uniconta Work for existing users
If you have Uniconta access and want to use Uniconta Work, ensure that your user:- Have a standard accounting system.
- Is linked to an employee in the employee directory.
- Android: Download on Google Play here.
- iOS: Download on App Store here.
Add employees who only need to track time
If you have other employees who only need to register time with Uniconta Work and do not already have a Uniconta user, you need to create them as a Work app user in Uniconta. Step 1: Create the employee as a Work app user in Uniconta- For your employees to use Uniconta Work, you need to create the user in Uniconta.
- Follow the instructions here: Setting up Work App users.
- Once the employee is created, they receive a welcome email with a username and temporary password.
- The employee logs into Uniconta Work with the information provided.
- At the first login, the employee can set up their default working hours and add fixed breaks.
