Create a Univisor user (new employee at univisor)
Note! This function creates a Univisor ('Accountant') user and
NOT a standard user. Therefore, this method should
only be used to add employees of the accountant (Univisor) who should have ACCESS TO ALL ACCOUNTS who have selected the Univisor company under Company details.
- Log in to Uniconta with your user (univisor user)
- Choose a random account if you don't automatically fall into your default account
- Select Administrator / All users
- Select the Add user button and choose Add accountant

- Enter the employee's name, desired login ID, desired password, etc.
- User type must be 'Standard', Status must be 'Open'
- Leave the checkmark in 'Send email' and the user will receive their login and password on the entered email

- Select the Save button
- The Univisor user is now created on the inherited Univisor agreement.
Select the company (at the bottom) that the user should have access to by clicking the arrow on the right side of the field or type the company name. This will typically be the accounting firm's own accounts if Uniconta Time is used. If the accounting firm's own accounts have not been created, the field will usually be empty. This company will be set as the default account for the user.
If you choose the accounting firm's own accounting, user rights may need to be set up. Read more
here. ..
Remember that a Univisor user (with role: 'Accountant') has access to ALL accounts that have selected Univisor under 'Company information'. If you do not want this, it is possible for
the owner of the individual accounts to restrict access for the individual Univisor/ Accountant Login-ids. Read more about the options

It is also possible to create an account where

Note! This can only be used if Univisoren owns the accounts!
- Select Company/User rights/Administer users
- Select the user to be changed to a billing user. This user should have Role as Default.
- Select User rights in the menu and set all rights to 'Full'. If you change these rights, we cannot guarantee that a billing user will work properly.

- Click Save and the default user is now changed to an invoicing user.
Below is an account with Accountant as the owner, and two billing users attached.
Create a standard user
A standard user is a user who is
NOT an employee of Univisoren and therefore should
NOT have access to all Univisoren accounts. A standard user could, for example, be an employee of one of Univisoren's customers.
NOTE: Univisor must have access to the accounts where the user must be linked.
- Select Administrator / All users
- Select the Add user button and select Add default user

- Enter the default user name, desired login ID, desired password, etc.
- User type must be 'Standard', Status must be 'Open'
- Leave the checkmark in 'Send email' and the user will receive their login and password by email
- In 'Company', select which company the user should have access to

- Select the Save button
- The default user is now created in the selected company.
The customer is transferred to the reseller you are working with, and which is selected during your accountant setup. A default user will not appear in 'All users' under 'Administration', as this user becomes available at the reseller.

Create a Server user on a customer's accounts
A server user is a standard user, with the user type=Server. Create a user as described in Create standard user, with the change that the user type must be "Server".
Give standard user access to bookkeeping accounts
If the user is already created in Uniconta, you can assign the user access to an account as follows:
- Open the accounts in Uniconta
- Select Company/User rights/Administer users
- Select the Add user button
- Check the 'Existing' box and enter the user's Uniconta login ID.
- In the User rights field, select which rights the user should have. (These can also be changed afterwards)
- Select the OK button
- Press the Refresh button if you don't see the user in the Manage users list
Block Univisor user access
- Select Administrator/All users
- Select the user in the list and select the Edit user button
- In the Status field you can choose to block or delete the user. When a user's status is set to 'Blocked', they cannot log in to Uniconta.
Delete Univisor user
If an employee at the accounting firm should no longer have access to Uniconta, one of their colleagues should do the following:
- Select Administrator/All users
- Find the user in question and place the cursor on that user
- Select the Edit user button
- Change the value in the Status field to 'Deleted'
- Select the Save button

Note! The user can still be seen in the list of all users, but the status will be 'Deleted' and the user will not be able to log in to Uniconta.
If you are not allowed to change the status to 'Deleted', it may be because the user is the owner of one or more accounts. If so, these accounts must be transferred to another owner before the user can be set as 'Deleted'.
Via the Member companies button in the menu, you can see a list of the companies that this user owns or has access to. In the list of member companies, it is possible to see the number of the owner of the accounts and check if there are accounts that the current user owns. If the user is the owner, the user must transfer ownership of the accounts to a current employee.
