Budget as a copy of realized figures
Budgets can also be created from realized figures.
- For example, select Projects/Reports/Budget
- Select the Create budget (Realized)button
By using this menu item, all realized items on a project from one period are rolled over to the same budget period on the same project the following year.
The rollover will be done according to the selected criteria.

Specify the desired budget period for the budget to be created.
In the example above, the delimiter will find all project entries for the period 01-01-2020 to 30-06-2020 and create them as budget entries in the period 01-01-2021 to 30-06-2021 |

| Budget method |
Month(Start) - One number per employee per type/salary type per month per project. All records are added on the first day of the month.
Month(End) - One number per employee per type/salary type per month per project. All records are added on the last day of the month.
Week - One number per employee per type/wage type per week per project. All records are added on the first day of the month.
Day - Exact copy offset with day correction for shifting dates between years. Monday becomes Monday. Etc. |
| Comment/Name |
The Comment/Name field will be inserted in the 'Comment' column for all new budgets. If the field is left blank, a default value will be inserted as the field is mandatory. |
| Delete existing budget lines |
If there are already budget lines in this budget group, nothing will be copied over if this field is unchecked. |
