It is possible to create one or more pre-calculations on a project. The pre-calculation is built around budget lines. This can later be compared to the realized figures under Project balances/Art, and for invoice proposals.
You can find Budget in the menu under Project/Project
Add budget. NOTE: Check the Current box for the budget realized figures to be compared to.
Click [Pre-calculation] to create lines (budget lines).
Lines in this screen have the option to be either expanded or contracted (tree menu structure). Here, part price 1 and part price 2 are drawn in under Total price.
Drag the lines around with your mouse.
Now you add materials/hours via either [Add lines] or [Add items].
You then drag the lines under the desired heading.
By clicking [Show printout] you can view a pre-calculation printout. The printout can be designed in Report Generator - Uniconta, which allows you to work with several different reports.
The report below is the standard design, with all lines unfolded.

By clicking "Copy pre-calculation" the displayed lines can be copied to another project. Copy to the active budget on the project. The budget must be created.

On the lines you can use item numbers, employees, species, etc. You start by creating the lines to be used as headings. Species is automatically set to the first Project type marked with default under Project types - Uniconta.








Copy pre-calculation
Version-91. In the Budget screen overview, a pre-calculation can be copied. This can be used if you want to make a pre-calculation similar to one that has already been used. Such a pre-calculation can also be called a "Template" Project 10234-3 is selected here. The pre-calculation is shown.
