To check whether stock and project are correctly recalculated in relation to each other, this Dashboard can be used. The dashboard can be accessed from the Dashboard overview. As this is a standard dashboard, it can be customized for each company.
Please note that the warehouse accounts in the chart of accounts being reconciled against must have the type warehouse.
Only records from 01-01-2021 are retrieved.
On the [Overview per month] tab, you can compare by date. The grand total must give 0.
In the tab "Reconciliation by accounting number", the [Costvalue] box shows which accounting numbers have differences. This bottom box with the same name shows which lines are not correct.
