Give your accountant or bookkeeper access to Uniconta
If your accountant is not already registered as a Univisor with Uniconta and you would like them to have access, please use the following link: Invite your accountant or bookkeeper - Uniconta
Fill out the form and click submit and we will invite your accountant to become one of our 'Univisor'.
If your accountant is already set up in Uniconta as a Univisor, the owner of the accounts must do the following:
ATTENTION. All employees of the selected accounting firm who are created with a Univisor Login ID for Uniconta will have access to your accounts using this method. If you do not want this, read more here...
- Go to Company/Company details.
- Find the Auditor box.
- Click the black arrow after the 'Auditor' field to see the auditor overview.
- If you want another auditor to have access, this can be given in the Auditor 2 field! NOTE: Auditor 2 has the same rights as the 1st auditor!

- Clicking on the black arrow shows the auditor overview.

- In the accountant overview, select your accountant from the dropdown box. You can also type in your auditor's name and they will appear in the list.
- If the accountant is not on the list, it means that the bookkeeper or accountant you are looking for does not have an accountancy agreement with Uniconta. The accountant can apply for this here...

- After selecting an auditor, you can see the name and contact person of the auditing company in the overview.
- Before you finally assign the accountant, you need to consider what user rights the accountant should have. An accountant usually needs 'Full' access to all 'User Tasks' so they can edit and save in the accounts.
- The user rights are set by selecting from the list, as shown below:

- Click 'Assign' and everyone at your accounting firm is assigned to your accounts.
- After pressing Assigned, an email is sent to the accountant stating that access to the accounts has been granted.
- Remember that all accountant users at the accounting firm can view the accounts with this right. If you don't want this, read more here...
