To use Uniconta Work for time tracking, start by creating a Uniconta user on a standard subscription (your subscription also includes accounting and an entire financial system!)
Once your Uniconta user is created, you can add the employees who need to use time tracking via the Uniconta Work app. It only costs 19 kr. per employee.
Follow this guide to get started quickly and easily:
Step 1: Create a Uniconta user
- Create a Uniconta user here.
- Once your user is created, you will receive an email with a download link to Uniconta.
Step 2: Download and log in
- Download Uniconta via the link you received in the email.
- Log in with your Uniconta login details.
Step 3: Create an account
- At the first login, you will be asked to create an account.
- If you don't need the accounts and only want to use Uniconta for time tracking, you can just click Create without filling in the information.

Step 4: Add employees
- Click Company in the left menu.
- Select Manage users.
- Click Add user.
- Select Work app user.

- Enter the name, email and username of the employee.
- Tap Save.

- Click Set employee and select Create new employee

- Fill in the Number field as the only one. The rest is optional.

- Click on Save.
