Task lists
Tasks can be accessed under the individual project or under
Project/Reports as an overview. Here the list is shown via
Project/Reports:

Tasks and order can be added. Employees can be added and a description can be entered.
The order creates a visual structure that is reflected in the task list.
Tasks can be used for planning and resource management.
Under Edit all data on the task can be entered

Task no/short name. This is a unique name. We recommend sorting in the task name and that the task name does not exceed 20 characters. One way of naming can be

Enter the expected number of hours between start and end date. |

Create budget (tasks)
From the list page, all/selected tasks can be copied from one Budget Group to another or from one workspace to another.

A budget can be created from the tasks on a project like this:
- Select Project/Project
- Find the project you want to create a budget for
- Select the button Tasks/List page
Note! Tasks must have a workspace specified for them to be copied to a budget.
- Select the tasks to be copied to the budget. If necessary, select all tasks with Ctrl+A
- Select the Create budget button (Tasks)
- Fill in the prompt box and select OK
Fill in which budget group to copy to and whether the tasks should be copied to one total line, distributed over a number of hours (if so, enter the number of hours) or based on standard hours.
- The budget is now created and can be viewed under Project/Project and the Budget/Budget button

Close tasks
Here you can close the selected tasks.

Add period
If the records do not have the correct dates, these can be changed on the records shown in a filtered screen. Select the
Add period button and choose whether the Start date, End date or both dates should be corrected. You can then choose whether to add a number, days, months or years.
Copy tasks
For example, if you want to copy tasks from one project to another, e.g. from a template project to a new project, you can do this:
- Select Project/Project
- Find the project you want to copy tasks from
- Select the Tasks/List page button
- If you don't want to copy all tasks, you can limit the tasks.
Note! Start and end dates as well as workspace must be filled in on the tasks for the tasks to be copied.
- Select the Copy tasks button
- Fill in the prompt box and select OK
