Using Uniconta Assistant

At startup, log in with your Uniconta Login Only projects with the phase 'In progress' are shown in the app. Regardless of whether these are blocked or not. It is therefore important to change the phase of completed projects if it is not to be possible to view/select these in the Uniconta Assistant App. time registration in the Uniconta Assistant App. At the bottom of the home screen, the desired function can be selected.

Projects

Selecting a project displays a Project summary.

To create a project, this screen appears.

Project drafts, hour registration and km

Under Time, hours can be registered in the Timecladder Existing registrations can be viewed and the start/stop function that automatically counts minutes can be used.

Create draft lines

Tap Draft at the bottom of the screen. Fill in the required fields. Press the [Save] button NOTE: Prices are not downloaded to Assistant. Prices appear by going into the project draft and clicking[Recalculate prices].

Driving

Driving can be used if Time is activated under Company/Maintenance/Turn features on/off Runs can be added manually or by using start/stop.

Timer (Timer registration)

Timer can be used if Time is activated under Company/Maintenance/Turn features on/off Time can be added manually or by using start/stop.

Setup

Press more "More" to go to Costs, Setup etc. Click on the company name to select another company that the user has access to Tap Expenses to register receipts.

Now you can choose whether to add a new attachment. View existing or approve attachments. Add expense shows this screen.

The expense voucher can be added by tapping the camera and taking a picture of the bill. The expense vouchers are transferred to the Physical Inbox. The employee is set as the first approver and the voucher is approved.

Items can be changed and added in Assistant

Debtors

Debtors can be changed and added in Assistant.

Suppliers

Suppliers can be changed and added in Assistant.
