This can happen if add-on solutions have been developed in Uniconta that do not follow Uniconta's recommendations for development.
A Uniconta user without any add-on solutions uses around 250 calls per day.
The Uniconta standard package includes 5,000 free calls per day. Uniconta measures the number of calls per day.
For every 5,000 calls a user has, Uniconta sets a 1 second delay that occurs every time 5,000 calls are made.
At midnight the number of calls is reset, BUT the delay continues for 24 hours.
At the next midnight, it goes down to what it measured that day.
This means that if Uniconta is not used one day, Uniconta starts at 0 calls the next day.
