Setup on the customer
On the debtor, enter the invoice email in the 'Email to Invoice' field.
Setting up contacts for the customer in question
In Contacts on the customer(Debtor/Contacts button) you can specify additional recipients of invoices and other documents.- If the recipient is already in the contact list, select the contact and click the Edit button.
- If the recipient is not in the list, first click the Add mail button and then fill in the information.
In the Email recipient section, check the Invoice field. This means that this contact will also receive an invoice by email.
The list of contacts looks like this and contains three contacts. Here you can create the contacts who should receive invoices by email, as well as the contacts who should receive other documents such as order confirmations and delivery notes.
