Inventory shows the stock of all items in the warehouse that have been posted to.
Go to
Lager/Reports/Inventories
Here you see a list of the inventory for the individual items that have been posted.
If items are missing from the list, you can add them by pressing F2 or using the Add button.

Minimum stock level |
Used if a warehouse/location needs its own minimum stock level.
This is used in the reorder list, where it will be ordered home, by minimum and maximum stock. Note: If you want to see the minimum stock level from the item card, this can be selected via Layout/Other fields/InvItem/Minimum stock level |
Maximum stock level |
Used if a warehouse/location needs its own maximum stock level.
This is used in the reorder list, where it will be ordered home, after minimum and maximum stock.
Note: If you want to see the maximum stock level from the item card, this can be selected via Layout/Other fields/InvItem/Maximum stock level |

If you open the inventory screen from order or purchase lines, you can select a line with a specific location and use the Set location button to update the current order or purchase line with the selected location. |
Inventory on the individual item
The stock level can also be viewed on the individual item.
Go to
Lager/Items and select the item you want to view the inventory for and click the Inventory button.
In the inventory view, it is possible to add minimum and maximum stock levels for each warehouse and location.
From here, you can click through to see the order lines and purchase lines the item is placed in.
