Under "Leads" select the item and click on "Offer".
You will then be taken to the offer screen where you click "Add" to create the offer.
During creation, it is optional whether you want to fill in the fields.
Otherwise, jump directly to offer lines by clicking "Save & go to lines".
This takes you to the offer lines where the offer lines can be entered.
The offer can then be attached as a Word document to, for example, a salesperson on the lead.
To attach the offer, select the item and then click on "Attachments/Document".
This will take you to the document image.
Click on "Add" to select the offer file from the desktop and then click "Save".
Once the offer is saved, it can be accessed by selecting the document and clicking "View".
It is also possible to open the offer in Word by clicking "Open".
In Word, you can change/edit the quote and then save it directly under the lead.
