Under the menu item
Project/Cladder/Mass update, you can post and create invoice proposals for many projects at once, or alternatively for one at a time.
For example, if you use the project module in a consultancy company where you have to invoice the projects with a balance every month, you can insert the
Not invoiced field in the screen and filter on this field, and with the Create invoice proposal button you can automatically create invoice proposals, which are then checked and reviewed under
Project/Invoice proposal/Mass update, and from there they can be posted at once.

| Generate invoice |
Creates and posts invoices to the projects in the list.
To send out all invoices at once, select this button, then type in the desired date for sending and check the Show printout and Simulation boxes, and select Generate to see a printout of the invoices without sending.
If you can approve the invoices, select the Generate invoice button again and check only the Sent as email box, and select Generate and emails are sent. |
