NOTE: Please note that it is not possible to copy from one project to another project. Attempts are made to copy to all projects in the list. Remove any projects that you do not want to copy to using the filter function or go to the task list of the project you want to copy from. All necessary fields must be filled in for this copy function to run. This applies, for example, to the start date. Otherwise, tasks can be copied with copy/paste. Remember to paste via "Paste from Excel" in the copy/paste menu. .
Tap on "Copy tasks".
Select the Workspaces to copy from and to and the Workspace to copy to.
If the dates in the project being copied from are not correct, they can be shifted a number of years. This applies to the start and end date.

here.

If Task Groups are used on the customer - Read more
here - copying is done according to the following rules:
The following applies to the customer.
The customer has three. task groups attached.
Scenario 1. There are no tasks on the project.
- All tasks are therefore taken from the template project.
- The dates will be the same as in the template project
Scenario 2. The customer has the same three task groups as in scenario 1. All existing tasks from Workspace 2021 are copied to Workspace 2022
- All tasks are copied. The date is shifted by one year.
Scenario 3. A task group is removed from the debtor/customer from scenarios 1 and 2.
- Copying from workspaces 2021 to 2022.
- Only two task groups are copied.
- The dates are shifted by one year.
Scenario 4. A task group is added from the debtor/customer from scenarios 1 and 2.
- Copying from workspaces 2021 to 2022.
- It copies the existing three task groups plus the added one.
- The dates are shifted by one year.
