Uniconta Work is used to register working hours and deviations in working hours.
It is possible to register e.g. vacation, time off and illness, but it is not required. If you want to register something other than this, you can use Other absence and then write a description in the comment.
Fill in your working hours automatically
In Uniconta Work, you only need to enter your standard working week once. Then the app automatically fills in your week, so you only need to register deviations:Step 1: Set up your standard working hours
- If you haven't set up your default working hours at first login, you can do so under Settings.
Step 2: Autofill the week
- Click on the calendar icon with a small plus.
- When you click the icon, the app will automatically fill the entire week with your default working hours set up in Settings.

- Note: The app autofills your time for one week at a time.
Step 3: Register Deviations
- Click Create and select the type of deviation you want to register, for example vacation or illness.

Step 4: Approve the week
- To approve your week, click the thumbs-up icon. Once you do, your week will be locked and you can no longer register changes.
- If you regret the approval, you can always click the icon again to unlock the week.

Navigate Between Weeks
- Use the arrows at the top of the screen to scroll between weeks.
- You can also select a specific week by using the This week dropdown button.

Create a time tracking without auto-fill
If you haven't set up default working hours in Settings, you can create a time registration in two different ways:- You can use the "Start timer" button and let it run until the end of the working day.

- Another option is to use the Create button and manually register your daily working hours.
