Create new user here
There are three ways to create a new user in Uniconta:
- From a direct link on our website: www.uniconta.com/da/registrer-dig-nu (described below)
- From a retailer's website: www.uniconta.com/da/forhandlerliste
- From the front page of our website: www.uniconta.com/da
Fill out the form
When you want to create a new user via our website, you will get the following form to fill out.
Choose a reseller if necessary
In the Search by dealer name, city or postal code field, you can select a Uniconta dealer. You can also leave the field empty and we will find a dealer for you.
| Field name | Field Description |
| Company information | If your company has a CVR number, you can enter it here and click 'Search'. If your company is registered in the CVR register, the registered information will be filled in the fields below. |
| Company name | Here you enter your company name NOTE! A company has not yet been created even if you enter the company name. |
| Name | Here you write your own name |
| Here you enter the e-mail you want to use. NOTE! It is important that the email address is correct, as a welcome email will be sent to that address. |

| Code | Here you select the country code for your phone number. Denmark is selected by default. |
| Phone number | Here you enter the phone number you want to use for the company. |
| Country | Here you select the country your company is in from the list. Denmark is selected by default |
| Login ID (username) | Here you select the name that you will use for login. This is the same as a username. You can use your e-mail as your username |
| Password | Here you enter the password you want to use when logging into Uniconta. REMEMBER your password, you will need it to log in to Uniconta. |
| Re-entering the password | Re-enter the password to make sure they are the same. |
Accept Uniconta's license terms, data processing agreement and privacy policy
If you click on "Uniconta License Terms, Data Processing Agreement and Privacy Policy", you can read the terms and conditions for using Uniconta.
Once you have filled out the form and accepted Uniconta's license terms, click 'Create new user'.
You have now created a new user and we will shortly receive an email with your user details.
Welcome emails
In the welcome email shown below is your created Username.
In the email you see the two options we have for installing Uniconta on your PC.
If you need help, you can find it in our encyclopedia, which we call Unipedia.
Download and install Uniconta
From the welcome email, you can choose which version you want to download. Click on the desired version and, depending on which version you choose, the program will be installed on your Windows PC.
