In Uniconta, we can reorganize the dimensions of already posted entries. This is done by selecting the Reorganize dimensions button on the ribbon under Finance/Maintenance/Dimensions.
When the button is selected, a screen appears as shown in the example below where all possible dimensions can be changed.
If you want to change all postings that are posted without a department to now be with department Herning, fill in the screen as shown in the example below, and then select the button Move.
In the following screen, type the word start and select OK.
Note! If you have entries that are posted without a department, but are also stamped e.g. with the dimension Car, and these also need to be changed to be with department Herning, you need to select the button Reorganize dimensions again and fill in the image as shown below, so that these entries also have the department changed.
