When you save and change the settings for your reports, you need to decide the name and who can use these reports.
Field name |
Field Description |
Name |
The name of your report.
Note: A report can have the same name, so use a version number or give your report a more descriptive name than "Invoice" |
Comment on the report |
Here you can describe your report.
Write version, date of change or DK, UK, or a description of what the report is used for.
Especially good for "Custom reports" |

If Run is unchecked, only the owner of the report can use it.
Note: The report cannot be selected in Layout Groups either |

If Edit is not checked, only the owner of the report can edit it.

Select accounts |
All companies |
If All companies is unchecked, only the owner of the report can see it, but in all their accounts/companies. If you want to use the same report in all accounts, All companies must be unchecked and the subscription number must be set in the Subscription Id field .
If All companies is not checked, the report will be set to the accounting ID you were in when you created/saved the report. |
Company ID |
This shows the Company ID that the report belongs to. |
Subscription Id |
If you are the owner of multiple accounts and want to use the same report across accounts, check All companies and enter your subscription number in the Subscription Id field
This also applies to a Univisor subscription. Here, one report can be viewed across all accounts on the Univisor subscription. |
Note:
The reports must be assigned to the owner or the accounting department in order to be selected in
Accounts Receivable/Maintenance/Invoice layout.
If you cannot see your report, you must check if you are in the correct accounting department and if the report is assigned to the accounting department. It is also important that "Run" is checked for the report, otherwise only the owner can see and run the report
