Here, a reminder fee is added to an invoice, after which we can send the reminder (or your custom reminder) as an email to the debtor:

Dunning/Collection (currency)
A reminder/collection is used to notify the debtor (the debtor) that there is an outstanding balance for a received item/service. In Uniconta, you can create two different reminders/collections: Reminder and Reminder(currency). The difference between the two is minimal as the one with currency included is intended for reminders to be issued to foreign customers where the currency is different from your own. To create reminders, go to Tools/Report generator/User designed reports and select either"Reminder" or"Reminder(currency)":



Annuity note (currency)
An interest note is used when calculating and posting interest to a customer. In Uniconta, two different interest rates can be created: Interest and Interest(currency). The difference between the two is minimal, as the one with currency included is intended for interest to be issued to foreign customers where the currency is different from your own. Similar to the reminders, we find the interest documents under Tools/Report generator/User designed reports and select either"Interest" or"Interest (currency)":
