Download Uniconta App
NOTE: Uniconta Assistance for Uniconta Version-93 is a brand new app that replaces the existing Uniconta Assistant.
If your phone is set up for automatic updates, the new version will replace the old version and the previous version can no longer be downloaded.
Android OS version
To Download Uniconta APP - go to Google Play.
Search for Uniconta.

Install Assistant on your Android mobile phone.
If Assistant is set up in Uniconta, it is now ready for use.
If not, read about setting up in Uniconta further down on this page.
iPhone iOS version
To Download Uniconta APP - go to your App store.
Search for app named Uniconta.
Setting up Uniconta Assistant
Before using Uniconta APP, the integration must be set up in Uniconta.
First you need to decide what to use in the appThere are three options for setup.
- 1) Access to submission and approval of physical attachments.
- 2) 1 + registration of hours, materials, km and costs.
- 3) 1 + registration of hours and costs.
The choice of setup is made under Company/Maintenance/"Turn features on/off" under the project tab.

How to start up Assistant
A Default company must be selected for the user in Uniconta, so that Assistant starts in that account. You can switch accounts from here.
Where does data registered in Assistant end up
Setup 1
Project and Time are selected. Materials are not.
Project draft and Time can be used.
If the project draft is to be used, the employee must have their own project draft.
The project draft is not needed.
Timesheet and Km end up in the Hours registration in Uniconta
Start/Stop functions go to the Timecard.
Access to Expenses, Debtor and Creditor is available.
Expenses are placed in Physical Inbox
Setup 2
As setup 1 plus Materials are selected
A Project draft with "Employee initials" must be created
Setup 3
Only Project is selected.
A Project draft with "Employee initials" must be created
Access to Expenses, Debtor and Creditor is available.
Expenses are placed in Physical Inbox
Setup 5
Nothing in Project is selected.
Access to Expenses, Debtor and Creditor is available.
Expenses are placed in Physical Inbox
Connect Uniconta's user with Assistant's user
In order to log in to Assistant, the employee must be connected to a Uniconta user.
This is done under Employee.
This can be found under: "Company / Maintenance / Employee".
Or under "Project / Maintenance / Employee".
Fill in the Login ID field.
Username is
automatically filled in when the employee is saved.
(May need to fill in Login ID 2 times)

In addition, a draft must be created for the employee.
This is done under "Project / Drafts / Draft".

A default account should also be set up on the user, select the icon on the top bar that looks like this:

And now this window appears.
After downloading and setting up the app, you can start using it.
Only show selected menu items in app.
It is possible to hide one or more menu items in the app for each user. Read more here.
Set up the start/stop function in Uniconta.
