Inventory status shows the status of the inventory on a selected date. The inventory status is calculated from inventory items posted in Uniconta, i.e. the economic stock counts.
Go to Lager/Reports/Inventory status
Enter a date and click Search.
An aggregated list is shown if you deselect Per storage location and Per location.
NOTE: An inventory status does not include converted entries in its overview. The inventory must be opened via an inventory draft before using the inventory.
Converted entries are marked with a check mark in the "Imported" field

Inventory status cost value goes to zero, but on two lines?
You may find that a cost value goes to zero over two lines, as shown in the image below. This happens if you have used storage location and possibly location and have turned this off under Company information/Maintenance/Turn functions on/off, without resetting locations and storage locations first. Then there will be data in the underlying tables that Uniconta does not show, but still affects the display inside Uniconta.
In the example above, you see Storage location, but not Location, which could mean that Location was previously enabled.
How do you clean up?
When you have locations enabled on your items and realize that you don't want to use them anyway, to avoid these "identical" lines in the inventory status, you need to delete/remove these locations from the items before turning it off in Turn functions on/off.
You need to remove the locations on all inventory items to reset the locations. This solution can also be used if, like the example, you have disabled locations without resetting the locations on the records. In this case, you need to enable Location under Turn functions on/off before resetting.
Go to Lager/Reports/Postings.
Set a filter on one storage location at a time if you have several! In the example it is H1. Then select Edit location/location and select H1 in Location, and nothing in Location, and check all lines.
Click OK and the locations are now reset.
You do this for all your storage locations.
Then you need to recalculate the inventory and create a new Inventory Status to see the result.
Turn locations off under Turn features on/off and you can continue working without Locations.
