Opening balance not correct?

If your balance is not correct when converting a C5, it may be due to the following.

1. That C5 does not vote before a multi-export
2. That there are entries in C5 that are not included in C5's primary records
3. That no primo has been created in C5. However, the Primo is entered.

1) This is usually due to either point 2 or 3. Alternatively, entries have been deleted in C5 in an unauthorized way. 2) The problem occurs in C5 if you make an entry in an old year and do not run a "calculate primo". This will cause a balance in Uniconta to differ from the balance in C5. Here, the balance in Uniconta will be correct. This is an oversight in C5 that cannot happen in Uniconta. If you want the balance as it is in C5, the entries in the old year that are equal to the difference must be reversed manually. 3) Instead of letting C5 create a Primobalance, some customers choose to enter a Primobalance themselves. In the conversion to Uniconta, Uniconta will create primo records. Since manual opening entries have also been entered, the opening entries will now actually appear twice in Uniconta. One set of Primo records must be manually reversed in Uniconta.
