In Entries you can see an overview of all the entries you have made.
Local menu for postings

Name | Description |
Equalizations | Allows you to make equalizations or open/cancel already made equalizations |
Physical Attachment | Here you can see if there is a physical attachment attached to the posting |
Refresh | Tap the button to update all information and corrections |
Filter | You can set up a filter and filter by date, account number, address etc. |
Clear Filter | Resets the filtering. |
Layout | You have the option to save, delete, edit or retrieve a saved layout. Read more here. |
Entries on vouchers | Shows all sub-entries from the selected entry |
Posted by | Shows which user has posted the item and with which posting number etc. the item is posted. |
Invoice journal | Jump to the purchase invoice journal where you can, for example, create a new purchase order as a copy, both with/without reverse sign. |
Invoice lines | Jump to the invoice rows if you are on an entry with the account type Invoice or Credit note |
All fields | Displays all fields related to the current record in the current table. |
Selected fields under postings

Field name | Field Description |
Invoice | Note that there are two fields named Invoice under the vendor records. This is because alpha-numeric characters in the invoice number field of a purchase invoice were originally not possible, but this is now possible. If you enter "ab123" as the invoice number when posting a purchase invoice, one Invoice field will contain "ab123" and the other Invoice field will be automatically filled with "123". See the example in the screenshot above. On finance, inventory and project records, we only have the numeric field that does not contain letters. So it would read 123 in the example above. |
