Show grid | Here you can choose whether all "Cells" should have lines around them, or whether entire rows should have colors according to the "Zebra" pattern. With "Zebra" it may be necessary to change the contrast of your screen for it to be displayed. |
Default Printer | Select which printer should be the default for Uniconta. The printer must be installed before it can be selected. |
Default Path | Set the default path for placing and opening documents. |
Document Path | Specifies the path that should be the default location for OIOUBL files. Regarding a default location for OIOUBL files, the following applies. The selected folder - for which "Document Path" is set up - is only the "parent folder" of the current folder where OIOUBL files are placed. When an OIOUBL file is created for the first time, a "sub-folder" is automatically created for the "parent folder". And the "sub-folder" is automatically named = oioubl. (And note that this name cannot be changed) Example. The "parent folder" is set to C:\Documents. When an OIOUBL file is created, it is now created for the folder C:\Documents\oioubl |
Enable column search | If column search is disabled, the dropdown will NOT automatically appear in fields. The dropdown menu must then be activated manually. Recommended for large amounts of data. For example, more than 70,000 item numbers. Uniconta disables this automatically when you have more than 200,000 records. Version-94 Activation of column search over 200,000 records can be disabled. |
<ESC> = Close the active window | If this is selected, the active window can be closed with ESC |
Formula calculation in fields | If checked, calculations can be made in amount fields. Users can decide how many decimal places they want for formula calculations in fields. For example, if you only want to show 2 decimal places on a sales order, you can write Math.Round(number, 2) in the formula on order lines. Read more about formulas when coding scripts in Uniconta. |
Auto-Gem | In screenshots you can edit, and it's only when you press "save" that the entries are saved. However, you can now enable "auto-save" in "My profile". This will automatically save the screenshot when you close it. This corresponds to the fact that in Excel, Auto Save is enabled by default. If you do not want changes to be saved continuously when using the "Edit All" function, it is recommended not to enable Auto-Save. |
Filter by field | Selecting [Show "Filter by field"] allows you to create filters/searches for each field in a grid screen. Read more under Layout. |
