Subscriptions depend on the owner of the account. You can see who owns an account under Company/Company details or a retailer can look under Administrator/All companies.
- If a user has not been created. Read from the "Create a user" section here.
- Switch to the accounts that the customer needs to have a subscription for.
- Go to Company / User rights / Manage users.
- If the user is not added under Company / User rights / Manage users, add the user. Read more here.
- If the user does not own the accounts, place the cursor on the user to be the owner and click 'Change Owner'.
- Now the owner has changed and a subscription can be made
- Go to Company / Maintenance / Subscription
- Create the Subscription as described here.
