How do you count financial items?
The number of financial items is calculated from the end of the current month and up to 12 months back. The total number of items is thus an accumulation of the previous 12 months.
The calculation also means that if your usage drops over a total 12-month period, the subscription is adjusted downwards so that it always follows your usage.
Customers who want to start directly on a Uniconta Business or Uniconta Enterprise will only be billed the relevant package price when their usage matches the package.
You find the number of financial items for the last 12 months as follows:
- Select Finances/Reports/Postings.
- Select the Filter button and insert a filter e.g. as shown below and select the OK button
- Right-click on a random column header, such as the Date header in the Date column, and select Show totals to add a summary bar at the bottom of your screen
- Right-click in the total line e.g. under the date column and select Number
- At the bottom of the screen you can now see the number of financial records in the selected period
