If you want to select a different account, you can do so by clicking [Company].
After selection. Press [Open].
Now you can open an existing Dashboard or create a new Dashboard
To open an existing one. Tap on [Open]. Select a Dashboard. If you select a Dashboard with User ID 2, it is a standard Uniconta Dashboard. These cannot be changed, but they can be used as a starting point for your own Dashboards.
After selection. Tap [Open], [Cancel] or [Delete]
Checking [Hide reference properties] opens tables without Unicontas internal table references. This is recommended if you use your own queries. This makes the Dashboard faster to work in Read more here. If an existing Dashboard is opened with the checkbox set, errors may occur. The Dashboard must be modified or opened without setting the checkbox.
If the "Hide reference tables" and "Show default" fields are unchecked, a table will be loaded with relationships to all tables it is related to - e.g. DebtorTrans is shown with relationship to Debtor and with the table name and the name of the company the dashboard is developed for - e.g.e.g. DebtorTrans (Company)
If you uncheck "Hide reference tables", a table is loaded without relations to all tables it is related to.
If you uncheck "Show default", only the table name is loaded.

The fields on field types to be used in a Union must be the same. It is therefore important that the field type is set to the same as in Uniconta. This is done in the Data type field.
The custom field is created by pressing [Add custom]
Then the field name and a default value for the content of the field can be entered. When the field has a value, you can easily code against the field. After pressing "Update", press "Update" in the Dashboard Ribbon to update the data model.
If you want to add and/or edit in the custom tables later, you can do so by clicking [Add/edit custom tables].
Pressing [Open] selects the company.
After selecting a table, press Add.

It is recommended to provide a meaningful description
Refresh data: Here you can set up in seconds how often the Dashboard should automatically refresh. There is a lower limit of 300 seconds for how often a Dashboard can be refreshed.
Load On Run/Load data automatically: Uncheck this so that criteria can be set before a dashboard is loaded. For a dashboard with a lot of data, filtering data before loading can optimize speeds.
Allow other users to:
If Run is selected, other users can only view the Dashboard
If Design is selected, other users can change the design of the Dashboard. It is not recommended to select.
Select accounts
If "All companies" is selected, the creator can view the accounts of all their companies. Other users cannot use the Dashboard.
If "Company ID" is selected, the creator can view the accounts of all their companies. Other users on the current account can use the Dashboard.
If "Subscription ID" is selected, the creator can view the accounts of all their companies. Other users on the subscription can use the Dashboard. This also applies on a Univisor subscription. Here, a dashboard can be viewed across all accounts on the Univisor subscription.
Allow other users to

If Design is selected, other users can change the design of the Dashboard. It is not recommended to select this option.

Now you can create your own Query where a join (read about join here) is made between [Number] in [ProjectTransClient] and [Employee] in [Employeetable]

New dashboard or change existing one
Add the table(s) to be used. This is done by pressing "Add Table" or if it is the first table, you can press "New"
Dashboard title
It is possible to change the name displayed at the top of the Dasboard without changing the dashboard name. This is done by clicking on the

Custom fields
When loading a table, custom fields can be added which can be used for alignments as well as Joins and Unions where the alignment process can be facilitated.


More companies
It is also possible to select tables from other companies. This allows you to compare and link data from multiple companies. Read more here Select company by clicking in the company field

After this, it is recommended to save your Dashboard

Server filter.
If you do not want to transfer all data from the tables retrieved in the Dashboard, it is possible to create a general filter that filters data before it is transferred to the Dashboard. The filter can be set by clicking the "Filter" button in the top menu.

If you only want to view records related to an employee, you can do so by filling in the "Filter by User ID" field Tap the "Filter by User ID" field
