All project entries can be viewed by selecting
Project/Reports/Postings.
If you only want to see project entries for a single project, you can filter by project number in the list above, but you can also select the
Postings button on the ribbon in the project overview under
Project/Project.
Cost items on projects are shown with positive amounts, while revenue items are shown with negative amounts, however credit notes will be shown with positive amounts.
If the
Include drafts checkbox is selected, the entries from the hourly drafts are also shown in the image. Entries in the Project drafts are not shown.
NOTE: Only timesheet lines where the start date (date of the first day of the weekly draft (Monday)) is greater than Approved date. This means that if you approve in the middle of a week, no lines will be included from that week. You should also be aware that Cost/Sales prices are only retrieved for the Start date. This means that if you have a price change during the week, it will not be used.
Please note! Only one project entry is created per on-account and/or revenue invoice.

Invoiced and Invoiced on invoice |
The field is automatically updated with a check mark when a cost or on-account item is included in the posting basis of a posted invoice proposal.
The Invoiced on invoice field will also be updated with the invoice number that the item was invoiced on.
Note! If you manually edit this field, you must also pay attention to the value in the Order number field. Read more about this below. |
Billable |
The field is automatically marked on project items booked with project types that are billable, unless an employee has chosen to uncheck the Billable field on the line in the timesheet, for example. This can be done, for example, if the time recorded should be u/b for the customer. |
Order number |
When an invoice proposal is created, the project postings included in the posting basis are updated with the "order number" from the invoice proposal in this field, so that it can be ensured that the same items are not included in multiple invoice proposals.
Note! If you manually edit the project entries regarding whether they are invoiced or not, it may be necessary to remove the values in this field for the entries that are changed from invoiced to not invoiced, otherwise the entries will not be included in a new invoice proposal. |
