Follow-up groups

Under Follow-up groups, you create the groups that should be available for selection on the follow-up activity. Here you have created the following follow-up groups.
  • Ongoing
  • Sales leads
  • Support topics
  • Lost
You can create and define any desired follow-up groups. The groups here represent what status the item has, for example, whether the item is "Completed", "Not assigned" or "In process". Follow-up groups are used in: Follow-up activities. Read more here
