Who posted. Number series, period, etc. as well as the comment on the bookkeeping.
A posted journal's transactions can be opened under "Posted transactions." If it is an invoice, the original pdf invoice can be displayed under Costumer/Reports/Invoices.
A draft can be deleted including all booked items. The ledger transactions are not gone, but can be viewed and copied back to a general journal.
If an invoice is deleted, the financial items can be viewed under deleted items.
