All reports and screenshots can be modified via Layouts (Read more
here) before printing. You can:
- Moving fields around
- Remove/insert fields
- Determine field width
- Sorters
- Filter and search etc. all before printing and/or saving.
This allows you to quickly and easily adjust the content and design before exporting to file.

This means that you are not dependent on fixed report designs or need help creating a special report over a screenshot. You can easily and quickly adjust the content and report yourself.
Examples and examples
Printing the Chart of Accounts: Open the Chart of Accounts
(Finances/Chart of Accounts) and click
the Print icon in the toolbar at the top of the screen.

You can then choose to give the printout a heading and subheading, as well as edit the font size, margin, etc:
Heading and subheading |
Enter a heading and/or subheading that will be printed at the top of the printout |

Select the desired font |
Font size |
Select the desired font size. The default is 9 |
Row height (Line spacing) |
Select the desired height of the individual rows (i.e. lines on the printout). The default is 20. |
Landscape |
Check this box if you want the printout to be landscape instead of portrait. |
Show lines |
Check this box if you want individual rows to be separated by a line between each row. |
Margins in report |
Enter the desired margins. |
The content of the screenshot/printout will then open as a "preview".

In
View printout, click
the Print icon in the toolbar. Selecting the print icon without lightning allows you to select a different printer than the one you normally use. By selecting the icon with lightning, it will immediately print to the default printer.
Page setup
Under the
Page Setup icon you can change the print format.
