Add-on groups are standard add-on pricing that can be used on an individual project.
Add-on groups can be used to apply standard add-ons to prices.
An Add-on group can then be applied to the individual project.
Note! The surcharge groups only have an effect when costs are booked in via purchasing or accounting journals, i.e. the surcharges are normally used for purchases without item numbers. For purchases with item numbers, the sales price of the item will be used.
Select the Project types button on the ribbon
Select the Add record button to create one line in the list for all the species to which a surcharge should be applied.
Select the Save to tape button.
Select a line with a species and select the Surcharge button, then select the Add record button and enter one or more lines with surcharges for the selected species.
Note! The surcharge type 'Percentage surcharge to sales price' is suggested as default, and if a value of 20 is entered with this surcharge type, for example, it means that the sales price will be calculated as cost price + 20%.
Select the Save button on the ribbon and then the Refresh button to view the additions in the species overview.
Create an extension group
Create an Add-on group under Project/Maintenance/Groups/Additional groups Enter a name for the extension group and a comment if desired and select the Save button on the ribbon.
