The Merge many function under Accounts receivable/Maintenance/Merge is used to combine multiple sales orders for the same customer.
- Filter the list so that the sales orders to be merged are shown in the list Most often, filtering is done at least on the Account field, i.e. per Customer
- Place the cursor on the order that all sales orders should be combined into
- Select the Merge button , type the word start and select the OK button
- All sales order lines from the other orders that were in the filtered list are now moved to the sales order that was selected and the orders are deleted, so there is now only one sales order.
