Under Company/Maintenance/Create new accounts, new accounts are created.
Note! You cannot create a new account if you have not selected an account in Uniconta. Therefore, select an existing account to go to the above menu item to create another account.
The account you create will be a completely new account, and the account you are in when you create it will not be changed.
Note! The user who creates the accounts is generally registered as the owner of the accounts, but you can subsequently change the owner under Company/User rights/Administer users. Read more here.
If the user who creates the accounts is Univisor, the user listed as the owner on the Univisor agreement is automatically specified as the owner on the new accounts. This means that no matter which employee at an accounting firm creates the accounts, it is always the owner on the Univisor agreement that is specified as the owner on the accounts.
It is in the Description, Address and Fiscal year sections that the Company master data is created.
Either by entering master data, or by entering the CVR number. Read more here
While in the Copy setup section, choose whether you want to load/convert data from C5 or e-conomic or NAV.
If you choose Copy Setup, there are two options.
If you want to use an existing account as a starting point, select the account under either[Your Company] or[Standard]. Then select whether Chart of Accounts, VAT, Dimensions etc. should be created in your new accounts. This means that VAT codes, drafts, number series, etc. are already created when you create the new accounts. So you can get started with just a few adjustments. If you have chosen the wrong chart of accounts, the newly created company can be deleted and it can be created again (before posting in the accounts).
If no accounts are selected under[Your company] or[Standard], an Empty account is created. This account contains no setup, and you must create your own chart of accounts, VAT codes etc.
If you need to convert data from C5 or e-conomic, read on here and watch the videos here
