In Uniconta you can create up to five variants. Variants are used as size, color, height, width, depth, etc.
Up to 4 billion variants can be created.
ATTENTION! Uniconta does not support variants for serial and batch numbers.
Select Lager/Maintenance/Variants/Variants/Variants to view an overview of variants.
Select the number of variants by clicking up and down on the arrows
In the example below, 2 variants are selected and Color and Size are entered. It is up to the individual user what to name the variants.
Click 'Save' in the menu ribbon when the variants are filled in.
In the variant overview, select the variant to create variants for.
In the example below, the Colors variant is selected and different colors are created.
Click 'Add variant' to add variants.
A variant consists of a Variant and a Name. The Variant field can contain 10 characters and the Name can contain 40 characters
Delete. Here the variant can be deleted.
NOTE: Variants with records cannot be deleted.

To create variants, select Lager/Maintenance/Variants/Variants Click 'Set up variants' in the menu ribbon to create one or more variants
