In Uniconta, you can easily search your data. The search box is located at the top right of the pages that contain searchable data.
NOTE: If more than 200,000 records are displayed on the screen, only Text fields are searched. This is done for speed reasons. If you need to search in numeric fields in so many records, we recommend using the "Filter by field" function. Read more

Punctuation
In Uniconta, you can use different punctuation to display more specific search results.

Example of searching over 200,000 records
If you have more than 200,000 debtor invoices, you only get to see half a year back in time. You can view all records by clicking "Clear filter"
If you use the search box in the right corner of Uniconta, only text fields that are defined in an advanced filter will be searched.
This advanced filter can be edited by selecting advanced files from the headers or editing the defined filter from the bottom of the screen, on the small "pencil"

The defined filter for customer invoice looks like the one below. By default, it only searches in text fields, and if you want it to also search in invoice no. or order no., you can insert this in the search string. Read more about
