Bank statements can be imported at two places in Uniconta.
You can import into the General Journal or from Bank Reconciliation.
The big difference between the two imports is that bank reconciliation can ensure that the same transaction is not loaded again. In addition, bank reconciliation can handle payments and ensure automatic settlement of records.
Today, all banks can output bank statements to external file that can be imported into the posting journal and bank reconciliation in Uniconta. In this way, the bank statement can be entered in Uniconta's posting journal or bank reconciliation and additional information is added before posting in Uniconta.

If you have sent the bank statement into "Physical vouchers (Inbox)", you can download it by clicking on "Attach". You can make use of this if not everyone has access to the bank itself, but only needs to be able to reconcile in Uniconta.
NOTE: If bank is to be filled in automatically upon loading, then bank account/counter account must be filled in in the setup of journal. Here, the completed account/counter account must be equal to selected here. Read more

View Bank Statements button
If the
Show Bank Statements button is selected, the data from the selected bank statement file is displayed, and at the top you can then choose to which field in Uniconta the data should be saved to.
The file is displayed and via the "Field Selector" above each column they can be selected which field column should be loaded into. So when you see a column with the "amount", you must select above the column that this column should be read into the "amount" field.
Then Uniconta will automatically set the "amount" to e.g. column 3 if the "amount" is now in the third column.
!! slet?? Payment ID recognition
In order to get the payment ID recognition setup correct, it is necessary to review the bank file

In it, it can be seen that the way Payment ID can be recognized is by means of the text 'IK71'. Therefore, the
field Payment identificationis filled in with IK71
The FIK code itself is in field 2 of the file, which is why the
field Payment reference FIK is filled in with 2.
The amount for the FIK report is in field 3 of the file, which is why the
field Amount Payment identification of FIK is filled in with 3.
A file with FI may also look like this:

Here, "payment identification of FIK" should be: FI – 0
So FI, space, rose, space, zero
Setup regarding FIK under Company information
Under company information, the company's FIK number is set up.
The length of the customer's account number itself is put in the field
FIK account no. Length. If your account numbers are shorter than 8 digits, Uniconta will insert the missing digits.
The type of FIK code used by the company is selected in the
Payment guidance code field. Here in the example it is +71, but other values are also possible. !!!! slet!!!!!!
