Create email list
To save an email list, you need to create a campaign.

Email lists are used to send information via email to creditors, debtors, topics or contacts according to specific criteria

It is possible to use multiple filters in your search. If you want to search in both debtor and creditor, you must check these two fields before clicking
Search, otherwise you will get an empty result.

Search search |
Search searches on the current filter and must be activated when changing the filters for the search to take effect. |
Remove |
Select a line in the search and remove it from the list. The item will not be deleted, but will be removed from the overview and will reappear if you press Search again. |
Filter debtors |
Allows you to filter on the accounts receivable file |
Clear filter |
Clears the filter for the current filter that the Clear filter button is grouped with |
Filter Leads |
Allows you to filter on the lead sheet. |
Filter Creditor |
Allows you to filter on the creditor file. |
Filter contacts |
Allows you to filter on contacts. See the list of contacts under Company/Contacts. |
Filter item |
Allows you to filter on the item catalog. |
Filter goods movement |
Allows you to filter on the movement of goods, e.g. an employee, listing the debtors an employee has sold to.

Layout |
Layout allows you to add more fields to the screen, save, delete, edit or retrieve saved layouts. Read more about the options under Layout here.
Layout cannot save the choices you have made on the screen. The last choices are saved as long as the client/program is open, but must be selected at the next login. |

Here you send emails to the items shown in the list. |

Displays here the information on all fields for the selected item in the list. |

Interests |
Select one or more interests to include in the search. |
Matching |
Choose whether to match on one or all of the selected interests. |
Product(s) |
Select one or more products to include in the search. |
Matches |
Choose whether to match on one or all of the selected products. |
Only records with email |
Select whether the search should only contain items with email. |
Phone number |
Select whether the search should include items with phone numbers. |

From date |
You can delimit on a from and to date in the stock records |

You can delimit on a from and to date in the stock records |

Mail merge for Outlook
If you want to merge letters, this table can be downloaded to Excel either via "Export to Excel" in the top right menu, or via OData and then updated by pressing a button in connection with new mailings.
