Leads are the companies that have not yet been sold to, but that companies want to acquire as customers.

- Select CRM/Topics
- Select the Add button on the ribbon
- To quickly fill in the company information on your lead, you can simply enter the CVR number of the company you want to create and the company information will be transferred from the CVR register. Read more here
- After we have entered the company information, we start assigning groups, interests and products to the lead.
Under the Groups field, which refers to where the lead originates from, you select the relevant group. For example, the Debtor group can now be entered and the functions from the debitor groups can be used. Read more here.
In this example, the CRM group"Business" is selected here.
- Under the Interests field that refers to the target group the lead belongs to, select the interest in question.
In this example, select Renovation.
- In the Products field, which refers to the products you want to target this topic with, you can select all products ("Select all").
In this example, we select "Faucet with switch" which is interesting for this lead.
- Now the creation of the lead is filled with the necessary parameters. Select the Save button on the ribbon to finalize the creation.
Create contacts on a lead
Once you have created a topic, you can add a specific contact person on the topic that you want to work with, for example. A salesperson or a warehouse employee etc.
- Select CRM/Topics
- Select the lead you want to create a contact for
- Select the Contacts button on the ribbon and select the Add record button on the ribbon.
- Fill in the contact details of the contact you want the newsletter to reach, fill in the desired productions and interests, and select the Save button.
