The open items screen can be found under
Debtor/Debitor by selecting the
Open items button or under
Debtor/Reports/Open items. The report provides an overview of all open items on a single or all debtors at once.
However, you can only make corrections under Debtor/Open items.
Buttons on the ribbon

Below is a selection of the buttons on the ribbon under open debtor records.

Here you can edit information for e.g. due date, payment, comment, etc. |

Physical voucher |
Here you can see the physical voucher if there is a physical voucher attached to the entry |
Entries on vouchers |
Shows all entries in the same transaction as the selected entry, i.e. to which financial accounts the entry is posted. |
Jerk log |
Displays a reminder log for the selected item so you can see when the item has been remindered.
Note! The button only appears if the Interest and reminder field is checked under Company/Maintenance/Turn features on/off |

Check zero balance: Reopen all entries to last zero balance.

Fields - open records
Below is a selection of fields under open items.

VAT |
The field is automatically updated with the VAT code if there is a VAT amount in the record. |
Link to invoice |
Shows the link to an open invoice that can be viewed in a browser |
Remaining |
Remaining shows the remaining amount, so if you have partially settled an invoice or payment, you will be able to see what is remaining |
Conversion type |
In the Account Type column you can see if it is an Invoice, Credit note or Payment |
Deadline date |
Version-93 It is possible to add a field called due date, which is linked to grace days under payment terms. It shows the number of days from the due date to when a reminder can be sent. |
Last interest note date |
Here you can see if an interest note has previously been sent on the invoice |
Last reminder date |
Here you can see if a reminder has previously been sent on the invoice |

The item's attachment number |
